Cavity Wall Insulation

Cavity wall insulation fills the gap between inner and outer walls with mineral wool or beads, trapping heat and saving around 20–25% on heating costs. It’s installed free under ECO4 for suitable homes.Â

• Who qualifies: 
  – Homes with 50–100 mm cavity walls, EPC D–G, and on benefits or GBIS flex.Â

  1. Cavity survey for damp/blockages. 
  2. Injection of insulation material through small holes, which are then sealed. 
  3. Thermal inspection for full fill and ECO4 submission.Â
